About Us
Yagappa group of institutions was founded by Mr.Y. Arul who was a great visionary leader. The vision of our founder is to provide quality education to the children of Thanjavur at their doorstep. The Yagappa School was started in the heart of the city in 2009. The management was committed to provide the aspiring children with a challenging exposure and thus started Yagappa Matriculation School with the Matriculation Curriculum of education. In the year 2010 the Tamilnadu government merged the matriculation syllabus into the Tamilnadu state board and from then on the school follows the samacheer curriculum. In order to provide a holistic approach the school conducts various competitions right throughout the year and enhances the knowledge of the students.
